Expert Enterprise Service Management Solutions is responsible for in-house development of applications & utilities to support fast changing emerging business needs of organization. The role reports directly to the Manager NOC Automation Support with an extended team of 6 team members.

Requirements

• Hands on Experience of Cloud based & On Prem ITSM & Digital Workflow platforms like ServiceNow, Atlassian.
• Comprehensive Full Stack Development Skills.
• Profound Experience on Java/JavaScript / jQuery and other JS Libraries.
• Experience of C# and Asp.Net.
• In depth understanding of REST / SOAP APIs and creation of APIs
• Strong Experience of MS SQL.
• Experience of Angular.
• Experience of CSS/Bootstrap and HTML.
• Hands on Exp of cross technology Mobile App Dev, Tools like Flutter.
• Good understanding of ITIL Processes & Related industry standards.
• Contribute to Project documentation and user guides
• At least BS (Computer Science, Software Engineering), BE (Electronics, Electrical, Telecoms)

• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

• Knowledge of mobile development (e.g., Android, iOS)
