Expert Program Analyst

Expert Program Analyst with experience in Power Automate, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies to support business process optimization and data-driven insights. Remote work option available.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Power Automate & Power BI (including paginated reporting)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace
• Hands-on experience in API calls and integrating monitoring solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in scrum teams
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
