Expert Program Analyst

Requirements

• Proven experience with Power Automate & Power BI (including paginated reporting)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly Operators Workspace
• Hands-on experience in API calls and integrating monitoring solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in scrum teams
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of additional ITSM tools and automation frameworks
• Certifications in ServiceNow and Power BI
