Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator and help us create a person-focused and economically sustainable health care system. As a member of the Facilities and Physical Security team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in facilities management, operations, travel/hospitality, retail, reception/concierge or a related field
  • Customer service experience and experience with a work request system (e.g., ServiceNow, Famis260, Planon)
  • Proven track record of coordinating facilities-related activities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements Summary
