We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day international financial reporting activities, preparation of statutory financial statements, and related notes and audits. The person will work with internal and external auditors and teams to provide requested information and assist in the execution of statutory audits.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of experience
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm and/or Multinational Corporations (MNC's)
- Extensive experience in India statutory and tax audit, strong knowledge of Companies Act and India IFC/SOX and preparation of financial statements
