The FLEX Manager - Global Privacy position is a temporary role that supports the development and implementation of Marriott's maturing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) program, Records of Processing Activity (ROPA) program, and Privacy by Design (PbD) program. The role involves managing the day-to-day workflow of the PIA program, reviewing AI Risk Assessments, and partnering with cross-functional teams to address complex privacy and regulatory issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study with 4 years business experience or Master's degree in relevant area of study with 2 years business experience.
- Strong understanding of US state and global privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPL, and LGPD.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or Project Management (PMP) certification, or other relevant professional certification.
- Experience conducting PIAs, DPIAs, and managing privacy frameworks.
- Experience developing and delivering training content related to compliance programs.
- Experience with data governance and workflow tools such as OneTrust and ServiceNow.
