As part of the innovation steering group, the Freelance Innovation Tech Lead / Architect oversees technical discussions, investigations, PoCs & decisions, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability & industrialisation of ideas.

Requirements

• Good creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management.
• Ability to provide high level technical designs of data platform components
• Ability to establish good standards, patterns and practices
• Ability to oversee and lead delivery of PoCs/MVPs and alike
• Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders
• Familiarity with security, automation and cost management aspects of Azure
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence concepts and technologies.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• General technical expertise
• Experience with Data & Analytics services and technologies, including Microsoft Azure Analytics services.
• Experience with Azure Databricks
• Ability to optimise & find efficiencies in the architecture / setup / wow of the value streams
• Ability to assess ideas from multiple angles, translating them in a business case covering initial steps, cost estimations, etc.
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• Ability to conduct business requirement analysis
• Ability to work in an Agile way
