As a functional analyst, you will develop moderately to highly complex business solutions, analyze business needs, and collaborate with partners to define solutions. You will also participate in the development and upgrade of software products, ensure quality and security, and help implement and test solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant functional analysis experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite or equivalent products
- Expertise in ITIL service management processes
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications
- Mastery of various agile frameworks for projects: Scrum, Kanban
