The Gestionnaire Incidents majeurs/Major incident Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and rapid resolution of incidents, coordinating activities to solve them, managing internal and external communications, and supervising the incident management process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 year's experience working in Incident solving
- 5 years IT service management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT service management software ServiceNow
- Experience working with IT systems and software
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilinguism French & English
- Must be authorised to work in Canada Indefinitely
