Global ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Verifone is a leading electronic payment technology company that is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize its ServiceNow platforms. The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow administration and be capable of maintaining a seamless, efficient, and secure platform environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configurations, and best practices
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and XML
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow update sets, data imports, and reporting tools
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex platform issues
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and /or Certified Application Develop (CAD) certification an advantage
