Requirements

• Long-term experience in development and implementation in ServiceNow
• Sound knowledge of JavaScript and a good understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS
• Experience of working with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, or SecOps
• Ability to lead technical dialogues and workshops with customers
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
