We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hardware Asset Manager to support the lifecycle management of IT assets across enterprise environments, specifically within the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
Requirements
- Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement through disposal, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
- Maintain and update hardware asset records within ServiceNow, utilizing HAM Pro for advanced asset tracking and reporting.
- Perform regular audits, reconciliations, and updates of asset inventories to ensure integrity of hardware asset data.
