As a Hardware Standards Engineer, you will develop server, storage, and full-rack hardware standards that govern deployments to ServiceNow datacenters worldwide. You will work with reseller/integrators, suppliers, and cloud service providers to ensure continuity of supply and evaluate new technologies and products for use in our global infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of datacenter technician and/or technical program manager experience
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 2+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: enterprise server solutions, enterprise storage solutions, rack-level power design/management, complex network cabling design
