Head of Digital Adoption Platform

The Head of Digital Adoption Platform will lead the global implementation and optimization of WalkMe, driving its integration across Digital Realty's major quote-to-cash processes and enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in deploying and managing WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and consultants effectively.
• Proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams and communities.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
