ServiceNow is seeking a Head of Solution Consulting to lead a team of Solution Consultants in Korea. The role involves leading a team of pre-sales professionals to gain customer technical confidence and promote the success of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in leveraging AI, managing presales teams, and understanding the Korean market.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Experience working in a fast-growing IT environment
  • 15 years' experience in IT with 7 years in presales
  • Experience managing presales teams
  • Comfort with the English language and building relationships with regional and global leaders
  • Deep experience with the Korean market and experience selling and gaining access to Korean customers' senior management
  • Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring and management of individual contributors and managers
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants
  • Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
  • A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices
