IT Systems Engineer (3~5 years)

Korea's New Generation Entertainment Resort Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort is a large-scale resort with diverse facilities and contents, offering a new standard for entertainment resorts. The resort is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage and maintain various IT systems, including networks, servers, and applications.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• 3 years of progressive Information Technology experience
• At least 3 years of experience as network technician
• At least one (1) year of experience in IT support customer service to support desktop/laptop/printer/mobile device and video conferencing area
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP sub-netting
• CCNA or CCNP (preferred)
• Extensive PC hardware experience (ability to build, diagnose, and repair computers; strong troubleshooting skills)
• ITIL framework-based ticketing system experience in such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy or ManageEngine
• Customer oriented mindset
• Capable of reading and understanding English document and emails & Intermediate level of proficiency in spoken and written English
• Fluent in Korean
