Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a Help Desk Technician at Crane, Indiana. The selected applicant will provide technical support, maintain a professional relationship with customers, and assist with onboarding and classroom maintenance.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience.
  • Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s); tracking technical issues using ServiceNow and other ticketing systems; maintaining historical records and related documentation to ensure timely resolution.
  • Diagnose data communications problems using specialized tools, test equipment and software utilities.
  • Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + CE) is required.
