ASM Global is seeking a Help Desk Ticket Analyst to manage and prioritize help desk tickets, develop and maintain help desk procedures, and collaborate with various departments to resolve application and technical issues.
Requirements
- Background in help desk and ticket management
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Functional understanding of finance is a plus
- Desired Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and M365
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to contribute to a team environment across all levels with a high degree of professionalism
- Understand and comply with Internal Control Standards
