ASM Global is seeking a Help Desk Ticket Analyst to manage and prioritize help desk tickets, develop and maintain help desk procedures, and collaborate with various departments to resolve application and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Background in help desk and ticket management
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Functional understanding of finance is a plus
  • Desired Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and M365
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment across all levels with a high degree of professionalism
  • Understand and comply with Internal Control Standards
