We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business AU & Process Optimization Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading efforts to identify, analyze, and optimize HR processes across the organization using AI and automation tools. You will leverage your expertise in AI, automation tools, process mapping, and lean methodologies to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR process optimization, automation, process mapping, or business analysis with strong expertise and practical experience with AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving organizational change.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms like Workday and ServiceNow, including process configuration workflows and data integration workflows.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping and documentation techniques (swim lane mapping, flowcharting, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools like UIPath or Celonis and related solutions is a plus.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies a plus.
