HR Consultant, AMER

We’re in an exciting area of tech, reshaping the data storage industry. This role involves leading innovative thinking, growing with the company, and joining the smartest team in the industry. As an HR Consultant, you'll partner with HR Business Partners and COE to support front-line managers across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an HR Operations or client-facing HR Specialist role
• 4+ years with Workday (or similar HRIS) and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Confident in presenting to groups and delivering workshops both in-person and remotely
• Experienced in mentoring and advising team members
• Comfortable working across time zones and in a virtual environment
• Team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to contribute to all parts of the employee experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to manage confidential information with maturity
• Self-starter with the ability to develop strategies for a broad range of HR topics
• Ability to interpret complex scenarios and involve appropriate team members
• Skilled at leading, influencing, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
• Committed to helping employees and managers succeed in alignment with Pure’s values and goals
• Ability to drive change management and organizational initiatives
• Comfortable in unstructured environments and helping others adapt
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws across multiple countries, with the ability to interact with internal and external counsel as needed
• Preferred: Knowledge of project management methodologies
