As an HR Consultant, you'll partner with HR Business Partners and COE to support front-line managers across multiple countries.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an HR Operations or client-facing HR Specialist role
- 4+ years with Workday (or similar HRIS) and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Confident in presenting to groups and delivering workshops both in-person and remotely
- Experienced in mentoring and advising team members
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a virtual environment
- Team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to contribute to all parts of the employee experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage confidential information with maturity
- Self-starter with the ability to develop strategies for a broad range of HR topics
- Ability to interpret complex scenarios and involve appropriate team members
- Skilled at leading, influencing, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
- Committed to helping employees and managers succeed in alignment with Pure’s values and goals
- Ability to drive change management and organizational initiatives
- Comfortable in unstructured environments and helping others adapt
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws across multiple countries, with the ability to interact with internal and external counsel as needed
- Preferred: Knowledge of project management methodologies
