Inova Center for Personalized Health is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator - License/Certification Compliance to join the team. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR function with various administrative tasks and assisting with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- High School or GED
- Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing and certification requirements for various clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Experience managing compliance tracking systems for employee credentials, licenses, and certifications.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements related to employee credentialing.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compliance tracking software (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow, Credentialing Management Systems).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate compliance records.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with employees, managers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations related to employee licensure and certification.
