The HR Navigator will coach leaders with team member performance and behavioral concerns, offer support with policy interpretation, culture issues, Workday, and ServiceNow guidance, and partner with HR Business Partners on projects and analysis of client group data and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in leadership, HR generalist, or related area
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute (preferred)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute (preferred)
