LinkedIn is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to employees, execute HR operations, and support internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR Operations experience and a BA/BS degree in HR or a related field.

Requirements

  • 3+ year of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience
  • BA/BS degree in HR or a related field
  • Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or ServiceNow
  • Experience with data management
  • Knowledge & experience using Microsoft SharePoint
  • Basic knowledge of Excel formulas & functionalities
  • Ability to communicate, has interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to drive programs independently and build relationships at all levels of the organization and management
  • Ability to problem solving and customer service skills.
