Requirements
- 3+ year of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience
- BA/BS degree in HR or a related field
- Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or ServiceNow
- Experience with data management
- Knowledge & experience using Microsoft SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas & functionalities
- Ability to communicate, has interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to drive programs independently and build relationships at all levels of the organization and management
- Ability to problem solving and customer service skills.
