The HR Project Analyst is responsible for leading and managing projects within the EMEA re-organization, aimed at standardizing and improving HR processes within the region. They will oversee high-visibility, high-impact programs and projects, ensuring effective change management to drive project success.
Requirements
- BSC/MSC degree is preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a similar role
- English language upper intermediate
- Experience of working with ServiceNow and/or Workday HCM in a product owner capacity or equivalent other relevant experience
