The HR Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution of various HR-related projects and initiatives related to service delivery, stabilization of operational functions and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources project management with a focus on process excellence and employee experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred
- Technical proficiency and previous experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Kronos, RPA, and workflow automation tools
- Previous HR project management experience required, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholder sets
