As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the configuration, system administration, and maintenance of various HR systems, including Workday, Dayforce, and ServiceNow. You will be responsible for designing and implementing configuration solutions to meet complex business requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years HRIS experience
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- Experience working in a global organization
- Experience working in the financial services industry is highly preferred
- A strong understanding of Human Resources, payroll and finance processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational, and interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel – must be comfortable with v-lookups and pivot tables.
- A demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems
