Blackstone Technology & Innovations is seeking a Product Manager to lead the configuration, system administration, and maintenance of Workday, the firm's master system for Human Capital Management & Recruiting, as well as supporting Dayforce, ServiceNow, and other systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HRIS experience, 5+ years of Workday experience, and a strong understanding of Human Resources, payroll, and finance processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS experience
- 5+ years of Workday experience
- Experience working in a global organization
- Experience working in the financial services industry (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Human Resources, payroll, and finance processes and procedures (i.e. recruiting, benefits, payroll, performance management, time tracking, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, concurrently, and independently
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and professional integrity
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables)
- Ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems
- Bachelor's degree
