Blackstone Technology & Innovations is seeking a Product Manager to lead the configuration, system administration, and maintenance of Workday, the firm's master system for Human Capital Management & Recruiting, as well as supporting Dayforce, ServiceNow, and other systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HRIS experience, 5+ years of Workday experience, and a strong understanding of Human Resources, payroll, and finance processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience
  • 5+ years of Workday experience
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Experience working in the financial services industry (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources, payroll, and finance processes and procedures (i.e. recruiting, benefits, payroll, performance management, time tracking, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, concurrently, and independently
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and professional integrity
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems
  • Bachelor's degree
