HRBP Manager, Global Go To Market

We are looking for an HRBP Manager, Global Go To Market to join our team. As an HRBP Manager, you will coach managers through performance management situations, partner with HR Business Partners to drive initiatives, and provide HR policy, process, and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of Business Partner experience working directly with business leaders
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
