Gopuff is seeking a HRIS & Compensation Administrator to support the HRIS & Compensation strategy in a fast-paced environment. The individual will assist in configuration, setup, and management of Workday and HR data, and provide support for compensation-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Assist in the configuration, setup, and management of the Workday and HR data
- Support in entering, updating, and maintaining HR-related data such as employee updates, compensation details, etc. in Workday, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Utilize ServiceNow to resolve tickets by acting as a point of contact for basic Workday issues, assisting end-users with navigation and resolving system issues in a timely manner
- Assist in gathering and analyzing market compensation data to help recommend adjustments and ensure competitiveness in the marketplace
- Help prepare and analyze compensation-related reports, including salary surveys, compensation trends, and pay equity reports
- Provide support for compensation-related initiatives, such as bonus plans, stock options, or incentive programs, as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc and routine reporting as needed
