Airbus is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join its team in Herndon, Virginia. The HRIS Specialist will support the HR business strategy and initiatives by maintaining and evolving current HRIS systems, preparing them for the evolution to Workday. The role will involve partnering with HR, IM/IT, Finance, and various stakeholders to ensure HR technology delivers value and a high impact employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce is a highly preferred
- 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or human resources support role
- Extensive full HCM lifecycle process experience including Employee Shared Service Center, HR Master Data, payroll, compensation, absence management, time management and benefits disciplines
- Technical Systems Proficiency: Workday: HCM, Time and Payroll is a plus, Dayforce and Business Solver is a plus, ServiceNow, Project Management tools, Familiarity with writing scripts, visual basic, basic coding (HTML)
