The HRIS Sr. Systems Analyst owns and executes activities related to People Data Management, ensuring accurate and reliable People data to support processes and reporting while providing guidance on data utilization for business needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in Workday, JD Edwards, People Experience Tool is preferred
- Experience with workflow process and ticketing systems including Dovetail and ServiceNow
- Experience working in a global model across time zones
- Able to differentiate between global and regional priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar employee lifecycle platforms and procedures
- Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics
