You will contribute to responding to employee inquiries, processing personnel matters, and creating and maintaining data in HR systems. You will also handle mail, create a knowledge database, and improve HR processes. You should have relevant work experience, labor law knowledge, and commercial training. You will report to the People Solutions Lead Germany.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in qualified administrative processing in the HR department
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field with a focus on Personnel, preferably Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Safe handling of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Safe handling of other tools (e.g. SAP, Workday, ServiceNow)
- Well-developed organizational and communicative skills as well as team spirit
- Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
- High level of commitment, perseverance, and flexibility, reliability, and a high level of integrity
- Safe and friendly appearance
- Very good written and spoken German as well as basic English knowledge
