The Boeing Company's Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Service Integrator to join our Worklife team. This role provides global support to employees and HR partners by facilitating the timely and effective resolution of a broad range of HR inquiries, primarily through the Worklife and ServiceNow platforms.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- 1+ years of experience in developing and/or contributing to processes, policies, and procedures
- 1+ years of experience advising leaders and employees on sensitive and challenging topics that could be uncomfortable
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
