IC IT Change and Release Lead

Join our dynamic team as an IT Change and Release Lead, responsible for overseeing change management, configuration control, and release processes within the IT department. The successful candidate will have significant IT expertise and a proven record of leading large-scale transformations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT change management, configuration control, and release management
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in change management and release management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Git
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience with configuration management databases (CMDB) and asset management
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
