Requirements
- Extensive hands on experience in configuration and implementation of one of the ServiceNow out of the box and custom solutions –ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, GRC or Customer Service Management, App Engine
- Guides ServiceNow design, including consideration for integration and performance
- Assesses architecture and solution design to support your objectives including alignment and ServiceNow Implementation best practices
- Offers guidance on prototype and accelerating time from design to development
- Assesses instance health( platform upgrades, performance, manageability, usability, scalability and security)
- Should have good experience in creating custom UI pages and custom reports/dashboard
- Should have experience in handling UI views and customizing the same accordingly
- Hands on experience with third party & web services integration (SOAP and REST)
- Strong technical skills on web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
- ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment
- System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Experienced to work in Agile software development environments
- Ability to clearly articulate his/her point of view and to have Solutioning mindset
- Prior experience in customer facing roles, along with leading and mentoring team on technical front
- Prepare Technical proposals, poc’s, Demo and present the same to client
- Very good communication & presentation skills, proactive mindset and capacity to learn and work independently
