  • Proven experience in defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a strategic product roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Familiarity with AIOps concepts, such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, event correlation, and IT automation
