We are looking for an Incident Engineer to manage and control the lifecycle of technological events and incidents, handle major incidents, and implement process and procedure improvements for technological services.
Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in technology service administration in large institutions.
- Handling of technological suppliers.
- Incident resolution and management.
- Proven experience in resolving technological service incidents in optimal response times.
- Problem management.
- Proven experience in research and testing in controlled environments for the resolution of technological service incidents.
- Change management.
- Knowledge of ITILv3-v4.
- Wintel, Unix, BDD platforms.
- Telecommunications architectures.
- Experience and knowledge in ITSM and observability tools (Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
