We are looking for an Incident Manager to join our client team in Gradignan. The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of critical incidents, managing associated communication, and tracking post-incident reviews.

Requirements

  • Master of ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis capacity
  • Good sense of contact and service
  • Autonomy and organization
  • Very good written communication
