We are looking for an Incident Manager to join our client team in Gradignan. The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of critical incidents, managing associated communication, and tracking post-incident reviews.
Requirements
- Master of ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capacity
- Good sense of contact and service
- Autonomy and organization
- Very good written communication
