We're looking for I/O Psychology students to learn, grow, and make a giant impact in our Global People org. You'll participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, and team building activities.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and graduating on or after December 2025
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders
- Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details.
- Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
- Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input
- Passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging
- Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion.
