The Information Security Engineer will manage Palo Alto's SaaS Prisma container security solution, providing daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for governance and audit tasks. The ideal candidate has a working understanding of automated build pipelines and can integrate security solutions with various tools.
Requirements
- Working understanding of automated build pipelines
- Ability to integrate security solutions with tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, JFrog X-Ray, Black Duck, Ansible, and Terraform
- Provide on-call support for P1/P2 events
- Provision, maintain, and support platform auth controls (RBAC, SAML/SSO, CyberArk, etc)
- Provision, configure, and deploy agents for workloads and their associated hosting models
- Troubleshoot & remediate cloud app agent issues
- Troubleshoot & remediate agent and platform issues
- Troubleshoot & remediate log and event ingestion issues
- Onboard new users, container workloads, and other ancillary items as required
- Build, maintain, and support onboarding of new build & deployment pipelines
- Build, maintain, and support system integrations (ServiceNow, CyberArk, SIEM, Securonix, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc)
- Assist with troubleshooting & remediation of policy violations upon request
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and support of policies upon request
- Create and maintain alerts, utilization reports, and platform health monitoring
- Realtime deployment monitoring & alerting
- Platform and agent health monitoring & alerting
- Platform and agent performance monitoring & alerting
- Support governance and audit related documentation requests
- Compile and provide agent compliance metrics
- Provide SPOC for vendor risk assessments & outage notification
- Particpate in container security strategy & roadmap discussions
- Develop & execute/lead projects ensuring platform currency and product security
- Manage the vendor support relationship
