- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow suite across multiple enterprises
- Expertise in ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Powershell)
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes
