The Wharton School's central IT organization, Wharton Computing and Instructional Technology, works closely with the school's Faculty and Staff, as well as other university organizations in order to create, deliver and support products and services that will help Wharton advance its core mission successfully.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience are required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in IT project management, service management, systems administration, and endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience in supporting/working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Halo, or FreshDesk.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management tools such as Intune, BigFix, or JAMF.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their application in IT service management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
