Infra Tech Lead Analyst - C13 - IRVING position requires a Bachelor’s degree (in computer science) or Master degree preferred, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in enabling on-prem Windows/Linux platform, cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance, and troubleshooting/maintenance of applications on Windows/Linux servers or containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in computer science) or Master degree
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in enabling on-prem Windows/Linux platform
• Experience in troubleshooting/maintenance of applications on Windows/Linux servers or containerized open-shift or cloud infrastructure
• Experience in enabling and maintaining products on Windows/Linux infrastructure
• Expert hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Linux Scripting, Ansible, etc.
• Experience in setting up Application Monitoring implementation
• Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
• Schedulers (Autosys, etc.)
• IT Support based qualifications / training
• Patch Management
• ITIL certified
• Scrum certified
• Atleast 5 years of experience in handling products like AutomationAnywhere, Appian, Boardwalk, Xceptor and VMWare Horizon.
