We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Monitoring Lead to join our IT team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end life cycles of managed environments, creating documentation, and coordinating with various teams.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation products, preferably BMC products
- End-to-end life cycle management of managed environments
- Multi-platform operating systems knowledge (Windows, Linux, AIX)
- Project management skills
- Documentation creation and updating skills
- Service delivery understanding (Incidents, Problem, Changes, SLAs)
- Effective communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- ServiceNow integration knowledge (preferable)
