The Infrastructure Engineering I-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head position is a full-time role in IT, requiring 7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation products, preferably BMC products.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, patching & automation products preferably BMC products
- End-to-end life cycle of managed environments covering installation, configuration, management, support and troubleshooting
- Multi-platform Operating Systems basic knowledge/understanding
- Ability to manage projects end to end
- Effective communication skill
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration would be preferable
