The Infrastructure Engineering III-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head role is responsible for leading infrastructure monitoring and management. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end life cycles of managed environments, coordinating with various teams, and providing effective communication.
Requirements
- 7 Years as working on Infrastructure monitoring, patching & automation products preferably BMC products (TSOM/Helix Operations manager, TSA, TSCO, Discovery)
- End to end life cycle of managed environments (manage from and to) covering installation, configuration, management, support and troubleshooting etc.
- Multi-platform Operating Systems basic knowledge/understanding (Windows, Linux, AIX etc)
- Ability to manage projects end to end
- Ability to create and update documentation e.g. Standard Operating Procedures and others for IT supported services and applications
- Understanding of Service Delivery from Incidents, Problem, Changes to SLAs
- Ability to coordinate with various teams, understand requirement & provide solutions/resolutions
- Effective communication skill

- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration would be preferable
