The Infrastructure Engineering III-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head role involves leading infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation efforts, with a focus on BMC products. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring and be able to manage projects end-to-end.
Requirements
- 7 Years as working on Infrastructure monitoring, patching & automation products preferably BMC products (TSOM/Helix Operations manager, TSA, TSCO, Discovery).
- End to end life cycle of managed environments (manage from and to) covering installation, configuration, management, support and troubleshooting etc.
- Multi-platform Operating Systems basic knowledge/understanding (Windows, Linux, AIX etc). Practical experience of working on site with heterogeneous instances.
- Ability to manage projects end to end.
- Ability to create and update documentation e.g. Standard Operating Procedures and others for IT supported services and applications.
- Understanding of Service Delivery from Incidents, Problem, Changes to SLAs.
- Ability to coordinate with various teams, understand requirement & provide solutions/resolutions.
- Effective communication skill.
- Desire & ability to learn & grow.
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration would be preferable.
- Qualification – Should be a graduate
