Lead infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation projects, with a focus on BMC products. Manage end-to-end life cycles of managed environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Ability to create and update documentation, coordinate with teams, and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation, preferably with BMC products (TSOM/Helix Operations manager, TSA, TSCO, Discovery)
- End-to-end life cycle management of managed environments, including installation, configuration, management, support, and troubleshooting
- Multi-platform Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, AIX, etc.) and practical experience working on site with heterogeneous instances
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end and create/update documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, etc.)
- Understanding of Service Delivery (Incidents, Problem, Changes, SLAs) and ability to coordinate with various teams
- Effective communication skills and desire/ability to learn and grow
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration (preferable)
