Infrastructure monitoring lead for IT services, responsible for end-to-end life cycle management, project management, and documentation. Must have experience with BMC products, multi-platform operating systems, and ServiceNow integration.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, patching, and automation products, preferably BMC products (TSOM/Helix Operations manager, TSA, TSCO, Discovery)
- End-to-end life cycle management of managed environments, including installation, configuration, management, support, and troubleshooting
- Multi-platform operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX) and practical experience working on heterogeneous instances
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end and create/update documentation (SOPs and others)
- Understanding of Service Delivery from Incidents, Problem, Changes to SLAs
- Effective communication skill and ability to coordinate with various teams
- Desire and ability to learn and grow
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow integration (preferable)
